Why we love this qipao
I added this qipao to the collection for those of you who need something a little more serious (office?), or just want a boost of sophistication for your day. I love the way the fabric drapes on the body - despite being rather thick and long-sleeved, it is very flattering and moves really well.
This is another dress great for the start or end of winter, and I think would be fantastic also with a little hat and coat. The almost-black is versatile, and if you are in the mood for a bit more fun, you could even switch up the colour of the heels.

Fit and size
- This material and cut is true to size
- I am 158cm (5'2'') tall and wearing a S in the photos
- In order to accomodate daily wear, our qipaos have been designed with a relaxed fit at the waist. If you prefer for it to be more fitted, simply take in the two back darts (two vertical stitched lines at the back waist area). It is very quick and easy to do
- CUSTOM SIZE: we are trialling custom sizing on some of our qipaos, if you are interested in this option, please contact us with online chat or email first. Note this option customizes the bust, waist and hip measurements of the qipao only, and does not create a bespoke dress which would be at a far greater cost. The waiting time for this option is 10-14 days, customised dresses are non-exchangeable and refundable.
