The Ariadne bias cut slip dress is the perfect layering piece for any season. It features an incredibly flattering scoop neck silhouette, with a long and elegantly draped shape that skims the body without being too tight or revealing, thanks to the bias cut of the 100% silk charmeuse. The front of the dress is a rich darkest blue color that we call Sapphire. The back is a bit deeper still, in Black. The two tones create a bit of a shadow effect, that is both flattering and modern. It is an easy slip to dress up or to wear more casually.
This dress was inspired by one of our lovely clients, looking for a slip dress with a little more coverage than our Juno, Pandora, or Thea slip dresses. Easy to wear with a bra and perfect for anyone, the Ariadne slip dress is an essential component of a modern wardrobe. It easily slips on over the head, and the fact that it is sleeveless makes it easy to wear under a cardigan or jacket of any kind. Available in solid color blocking with one color on the front and a contrasting or complementary color on the back, or in a Liberty of London print (or two.) We also make this shape in a top, which is a perfect layering piece for any season.
We can make this top for you in custom colors, or in a Liberty of London print, as well as in any size: 0,I,II,III,IV,or V. Please refer to our sizing chart for reference, and inquire about all available options if you require a custom order.
