Mepilex maintains a moist wound environment for optimal wound healing. Mepilex conforms well to body contours and can be cut. Mepilex can remain in place for up to seven days depending on the wound condition. Mepilex is designed for a wide range of exuding wounds, painful wounds and wounds with compromised or fragile surrounding skin including lower extremity ulcers (venous and diabetic), and pressure ulcers.
