A iconic 1940s pinafore dress!  Lightweight, beige cotton with muted stripes of brown, blue, and rust.   Large ruffles accent the bodice.  Fitted waist with a full, A-line skirt.  Patch pockets.  Buttons in the back.  Simply adorable!  The last photo shows a very similar dress in the 1941 Sears Catalog.

I ordered an XL, he is 6'6" and 230lbs, initially the fit was fantastic and looks amazing but after wearing it and moving around in it for about 30 minutes, the pants started to slip down.
