GARMENT DETAILS: Premium floral maxi dress in a lightweight, shirred chiffon. Features a soft bustier-style bodice (no boning), sweetheart neckline, smocked back panel, and sheer long sleeves with elastic cuffs and ruffles. Sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulder. Finished with a sweeping maxi-length skirt. Lined.
