As you can see the design was heavily influenced by Christian Dior, and any French inspired fashion pieces from this period are truly coveted. The manipulation of the fabrics is truly sensational; the prettiest lace trims tiered ruffle nylon chiffon in a gorgeous swirl motif. So whimsical! The ruched bodice, complete with interior boned structure, has an alluring slightly sweetheart strapless that showcases the captivating bustline. The only time it sort of a pain is when I fold it. In saying that, I would buy again. The velvety side is a soft tan/beige and the fur side is creams, off white and variations of the tan/beiges. So lovely. You can see it next to a solid cream colored blanket I have that I also bought on Amazon. It matches well and I love it!
