Black Italian Pebble Grain Belt

The pebble grain finish is perhaps the most well-known style of textured leather. Pebble grain belts are always stylish and add a classy finish to any professional or formal ensemble. Our Black Pebble Grain leather belt is made with 100% Italian calf leather and is lined with nubuck. You can create a custom belt that's all your own style by choosing colored stitching, size, and width. Concerned you'll pick the wrong color? You can choose with confidence here at Roger Ximenez. We selected all thread colors for our belts to match the belt's color, so your belt will look amazing, no matter what color you choose. Choose from black, cobalt, gray, tan, and white for the Black Pebble Grain leather belt.

Pebble grain leather is also called pebbled leather or scotch grain leather. Tales attribute the creation of pebbled leather to the Scottish. One legend tells the story of a busy leather maker who piled his hides on the pebble floor of his workshop. He left the hides there for weeks, working his way from the top of the pile down. By the time he got to the bottom of his pile of hides, the pebbled floor had imprinted on the bottom hide, leaving a bumpy pattern. Because he was a frugal leather maker, he decided to use the leather to make shoes, and his customer's loved the new pattern.

Another tale about the origin of pebble grain leather also includes the Scottish and a favorite drink of theirs, whiskey. A by-product from the whiskey-making process called barley dross was applied to hides, which would cause the top layer to shrink, creating the pebbled texture. This method rendered the leather more weather resistant and durable. Today pebbled leather is made using large metal stamps to emboss the leather's surface, giving it that pebbled finish.

This black Italian pebble grain leather belt was made for the modern dapper man. All Roger Ximenez belts are handmade with 100% premium Italian leather and will be sure to last the test of time. Customize the stitching color, size, and width to give a truly unique designer leather accessory, unlike anything you've seen before.

    Quiet squeaker!
My puppy loves them and I love that the squeaker isn't obnoxiously loud like her other toys.

    sufficient for my dog..
Not very durable.. Dog has chewed one in half pretty quickly and found some smaller bits around the house. This could pose a safety risk to dogs that try to also swallow these bits. If your dog is like mine and would rather play with them instead, they are cheap enough to replace them.

Stands up to my aggressive chewer.
The squeaker stopped working almost immediately, but my dog didn't care too much. He still keeps chewing on these balls, and so far, they have stood up to his tough jaws.

Dogs love the bounce and squeak
My dog loves these and he isn’t a fetching breed. He loves chewing on them while they squeak. He’s a Great Pyrenees and the chewing is good for keeping him occupied when I’m not home. The neighbor dog, sneaks through the communicating gate and will steal one for herself. She’s a cattle dog/ husky cross. The other neighbor has a lab and he absolutely LOVES how these ball love to fly through the air and bounce so well when they hit the ground. Get them
