If you are going to use a mild cleaner or chemical, it is recommend to first test it on a small discreet location to see how it reacts with the materials before applying it to visible areas. Avoid flooding laminate surfaces as liquids can seep between the joints and loosen the laminate from the substrate and/or damaging the substrate. Always wipe the surface in the direction of the wood grain and ensure there is no pooling of liquid at the seams. Always use a coaster when setting any vessel containing hot liquids on any surfaces. Blot spills immediately with a clean, damp, colorfast cloth to avoid potential staining. Soak up any remaining moisture immediately with a soft, dry, colorfast cloth to prevent potential watermarks, bubbling, etc. Limit direct contact with heat, moisture and other elements to avoid finish damage. To prevent potential color fading, keep out of direct sunlight. Follow assembly instructions carefully and inspect product upon receipt and each use. Do not make temporary repairs. Do not exceed provided weight limits. Do not use for commercial purposes. Do not leave spilled liquids unaddressed. Do not continue use of product if it has been damaged. Do not place or use on an uneven surface. Do not use products for anything other than their intended purposes. Inspect and re-tighten all hardware connections periodically. Best treat toy ever! In the beginning of 2025 I bought this for my 12yr old Alaskan Malamute who loves puzzles and brain games. She loved it and played with it every day. Sadly, she passed middle of this year. Now in December, I have purchased this toy again for my newly adopted 10 month Great Dane puppy. Again, it’s an absolute hit! My Dane eats very fast, so I actually use this as a way to break up her meals. I put about half her meal (freeze dried raw kibble) in her slow feeder bowl and fill this toy about two times to feed her the other half. Also, we are crate training and before I leave the house I put treats in this toy and leave it in the crate with her. She has bad separation anxiety, but this toy actually seems to help calm her down because she enjoys it so much. I have bought many treat toys — this one is supreme. It’s not too loud or too difficult for the dogs to play with. So far it has held up without being chewed apart. It’s good quality, great size (orange for large breeds) and honestly, worth every penny.
